Whirlwind of activity. Jay visited on a Tuesday, photographer came on Thursday, house launched on Friday, viewing on Saturday and sold on Monday. Jay was honest in his valuation and description so that all knew what they were getting. He had a good feel about the prospective buyers and their means. His rapport with our chosen solicitors ensured a smooth, swift sale. We sold for more than expected. Most impressive. My best choice of a service, ever.
