Top tips

  1. Property values can change quickly with market conditions, keep yourself updated regularly.
  2. An accurate valuation should be supported with good comparable evidence.
  3. Kerb appeal is key. A lick of paint on the front door and tidying the front garden makes a huge difference. De-clutter internally, removing all unnecessary items.
  4. Make sure the property is looking its best for the photos.
