We, Adrian Sinclair and Jay Williams, have over 40 years combined sales and lettings experience in the local market, London and West Essex. We have both lived and worked in the area for much of that time and have built up countless, excellent working relationships with a variety of local businesses. We were both working for a large independent estate agency and were responsible for the management of multiple offices, but we came to realise that being hands on and personally involved with clients is the most important and satisfying part of the role and so william rose was born.
Having worked through both challenging and buoyant housing markets means we have an excellent understanding of the property industry and more importantly, what it takes to succeed in today’s ever-changing market.
