We've had a wonderful 6 years living comfortably in our home, enjoying the location for its quick transport links to the city and the local areas abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. Living so close to Highams parks amenities makes everything very convenient, especially when you only have 3 minutes until the train arrives!

We've been lucky enough to start our family here and have been blessed with fantastic neighbours who have always been friendly and kind to us. The street has its own little community which we have valued whilst living here and will sorely miss.

Having the forest on the doorstep is a gem in itself. Most days we take a stroll around the lake with our little one and when we have more time, enjoy cycling through the forest up to the butlers retreat, the Owl or High Beech. There's not much that Highams Park or Studley Avenue doesn't have to offer, we are sure you'll be as happy here as we have been.
