We've had four very happy years living in our very special Victorian Terrace on Prospect Road.
The property has been ideally located for us - only an 8 minute walk to Woodford Station and The Broadway with it's lovely coffee shops, supermarkets and other useful amenities.
A few minutes walk away, there is a cut through to Ray Lodge Park, which has proven to be a real highlight of living here with its open spaces, play area and cafe.
Aesthetically, the house has a perfect blend of Victorian character and modern living. Highlights include the newly laid herringbone floor and detailed panelling in the hallway and main bedroom, plus the low-maintenance artificial lawn.
Our neighbours are kind and friendly (often taking our parcels!) and the road and garden is always as quiet and peaceful as you could ever wish for. We hope the next owners will be as happy here as we have been.
