The location has been brilliant. We have really valued being able to walk to the tube, Woodford, South Woodford and Epping forest, especially with having two kids and not always wanting to get in the car.
We have made the house our own and will be sad to leave it, especially the garden. It's a sun trap, but also been a place to entertain and play with our children - it has given us many happy hours.
We have loved living in this house and starting our family here and we hope the next owners make as many happy memories as we have."
