We have had a very happy ten years in our home, bringing up our young family. The house has been perfect for us, with space for everyone and a lovely garden to enjoy. Our children love going to the nearby Churchfields Infant/Junior schools and have made great friendships locally.

We must admit, we probably take for granted the fact that Epping Forest is less than five minutes away but it is an amazing place to explore both on foot and by bike.

We have wonderful neighbours in a very friendly street which was highlighted last year with a 'socially distanced' street party during the first lockdown. We will be really sad to leave our home in Carnarvon Road, but we hope the next owners will be as happy as we have been.
